hey guys, posting a new track called much to lose click the title to check it out. still trying to figure out how to embed the player. This is a song i’ve been playing for a while and have had a good demo of floating around. i recenlty went to viginia and recorded a few songs with Bob Ebeling, this being one of them. - they sound really cool - the mix posted is not final, but sound very nice just the same. i am having trouble sleeping these days. My brain has been overactive. I’ve been working on new songs a lot lately. Me and the Boss Micro BR have been spending a lot of quality time together. I am really stoked on some of the new songs. I promise to post something new on myspace right after the new year. Also, i am looking forward to collaborating with Brittain Ashford, a Brooklyn based musician. Her voice is delectable. That word is disgusting, but i wanted to use it. Her voice is delicious…oooh…gross. Her voice is fucking amazing! And she is extremely awesome personally which makes it all the better. Brittain will be helping with some autoharp and vocals on the next ponieheart recording due sometime in the future, not sure when. Right now i’m just concentrating on crafting the best songs possible

- i don’t know what is happening….i am becoming consumed with this band Economy Wolf from the UK….you should go and check them out…they have a thing going has a nostalgic sound…like why i like Sandpit, or MBV, Sonic Youth, or Aderbat…or Wheat…there’s just some thing about it that’s exceptional…i know that i’m not explaining very well…just check it out….there are a few video’s on You Tube and their myspace page let’s you hear some of their awesome music. hells yes. - still, my favourite is Theme For Yellow Kudra….aparently it will be released as a single and 7″ really soon….like next week or something.
- Gang Gang Dance is still killing me with God’s Money…must listen to Gang Gang Dance - you’ll never know what hit you.

April 24 - First Capital Dispensing Company - York PA - ponieheart + peter and the wolf
this show is going to be awesome…
i played in York last night at murphs other bar…it was a super duper awesome time! Betty’s band from North Carolina (North Elementary) came up and played, as did House of Fire and American Bitch…incredible night of music. (and fun) - we stayed up till early this AM…..my hangover is starting to kick in.
…thanks to Matthew Hickey for putting on the show and hosting us at his place afterward…awsome…..
